Kristine has over 18 years of experience in the fields of customer support and customer service. Most recently, she served as a top service representative and health care insurance support specialist for HealthNet, one of the largest insurers in the U.S.
Prior to HealthNet, she worked with companies as diverse as Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Sprint.
Kristine believes that superior customer care is critical to the short-term and long-term success of any business, and her goal at Eread Technologies is to make every customer an advocate for the Company’s various brands.
As a freelance graphic designer she has helped to create a wide range of logos, identity packages, websites, and other projects for her many clients around the world.
At Eread Technologies, Alex is responsible for logos including eBookBarter.com™ and ComicsLaunch.com™, among others.
Elesha is an avid reader and writer, but has spent most of her career as a scheduler and expediter in fields as varied as finance, landscaping, the oil and gas industry, pet pharmaceuticals, and the cosmetics field.
Her skillset as an effective and efficient communicator who delivers real results has resulted in numerous affiliations and business relationships across the U.S. and Canada.
Elesha will be responsible for scheduling and managing all logistics for the twenty-four or more shows, fairs, and conventions the Company will attend or co-sponsor each year in North America and Europe.
