Ereading.com® ("Ereading.com" or "we") has made this Privacy Policy available to inform you of our policies and procedures concerning the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we may receive from you while you're visiting or otherwise utilizing Ereading.com®.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the express permission of their parent or adult guardian, and in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, any information we may receive from users we know to be under the age of 13 will be purged from our database unless approved by a parent or adult guardian.
